Fujitsu, together with Toshiba handsets division will develop products based smart phone operating system Android. Cell phone plans will be launched in early 2011 to come.
Cellular-News reported yesterday, Monday (07/12/2010), until recently did not have technical information about the Android phone from Fujitsu. However, the information states that the phone will be marketed by way of bundling with the Japanese operator, NTT DoCoMo.
But there is a possibility if, the phone will also be distributed in the European market.
Sales of mobile phones in Japan known to grow rapidly, prompting Toshiba and Fujitsu to develop smart phones. Based on data from market analyst with MM Research, the percentage of mobile phone sales in Japan is estimated to rise from 3.1 percent to 7.7 percent during 2010.
Fujitsu and Toshiba Corp. last month it had merged their mobile business to compete in the Japanese market. The deal will allow the two electronic sharing costs to develop advanced technologies, especially in the mobile market. Cooperation was also expected to expand their global market, where Nokia and Samsung Electronics are still dominating. Including smartphone makers like Apple and Research In Motion is developing rapidly.
Japanese companies should not compete in the mobile market. Nokia has a 35 percent share in global mobile phone market in the quarter January to March, followed by Samsung with 20.6 percent. Fujitsu to produce handsets for Japan’s largest mobile phone operator, NTT DoCoMo Inc., while Toshiba gives supply mobile phones for KDDI Corp., the No. 2 telecommunications company in Japan.
With many success of Google and Android in this year, I think there are many more Android handset will launching soon and also we will have Android tablet which can help your work complete very well.
