Samsung has announced a new solid state drive that uses the PM830 Series III SATA interface with data transmission speeds of up to 6Gb / s. This new SSD drives using 20 nanometer NAND memory chips Samsung (nm) multi-level class 32Gigabit cell (MLC) combines DDR switch and are equipped with proprietary NAND controller to increase performance with SATA III.
Samsung PM830 has a size of 2.5 inches and is available in capacities of 128GB, 256GB, and 512GB. Samsung SSDs feature the highest level of security industry, which uses encryption algorithms AES 256-bit encryption to protect personal or corporate data from unauthorized access. SSD products are targeted for use in premium OEM notebook, and tablet.
